Returns in three moves
Tell us first
Reply to your order confirmation or write to qiongflyowo@126.com with the order number. We send back a return authorisation and the address to post to.
Send it back
Unused, in its original packaging, within [30 days] of delivery. Return postage is [paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent — to confirm].
Refund on inspection
Once the parcel arrives and has been checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within [5] business days.
Free shipping
Orders of £35.00 or more ship free within the United Kingdom. It is applied in the bag automatically — there is no code to remember.
Tracking an order
Your confirmation email carries the tracking link, and you can check the status at any time on the order tracking page. If the email has not arrived, look in spam first, then write to qiongflyowo@126.com with the order number and we will resend it.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the item and the packaging within [5 days] of delivery and send it to us. We replace or refund it — your choice — and we cover the return postage.
Payments and security
Checkout accepts the cards and wallets listed in the footer and runs over an encrypted connection. We never receive or store card details. All prices are shown in GBP, and prices include VAT where applicable..
