A working index of useful things
Vidillo is a small catalogue business with a simple brief: keep the ordinary things people actually need — the storage box, the party banner, the baby spoon, the desk file, the pet costume — in one place, described plainly and posted quickly. No curation theatre, no seasonal markdowns, no marketplace middlemen.
We hold the stock
Vidillo is the seller, not a shopfront for someone else. Everything in the index sits in our own warehouse and leaves in our own parcel — one order, one delivery, one team to answer for it.
Useful goods, not a theme
The catalogue runs from kitchen and cleaning to stationery, kids, pets and seasonal decorations. 147 entries across 13 departments, chosen because they get used rather than because they fit a mood board.
One price, printed once
No memberships, no countdown timers, no invented was/now pricing. The figure on the plate is the figure at checkout, in GBP.
Described as it is
Titles, photographs, measurements and specifications come from a single product record we maintain. When the record changes, the page changes with it — nothing is written twice and left to drift.
Dispatched, then tracked
Orders are picked on the next business day. The tracking link is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, and returns run for 30 days from delivery.
Where we ship
We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom. Parcels are picked and packed by our dispatch team and sent to the address you give at checkout. Ordering from outside the UK? Write to qiongflyowo@126.com before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Returns without a debate
Unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery — email us first for a return authorisation. The whole process, including what happens when a parcel arrives damaged, is set out on the Shipping & returns page.
Bulk, schools and offices
Schools, offices, event planners and retailers: send the lines, quantities and a delivery postcode to qiongflyowo@126.com and we will come back with a volume price and a lead time.
Why an index?
Because a catalogue is easier to trust than a shopfront. Every entry has a number, a department and a record; the same record supplies the picture, the specification and the price. If something is not in the index, we do not sell it — and if it is, the page tells you what it is.
New entries, by department
One email when a department is restocked or a new line is added. Nothing else.
